Healthy Fit Veggie Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs or egg whites
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
