Healthy Fit Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granola (low sugar)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions:
- In a glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt, then half of the berries, granola, honey, and chia seeds.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
