Healthy Fit Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola (low sugar)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt, then half of the berries, granola, honey, and chia seeds.
  2. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately.
